Advance Your Skillset With Our Corporate Management Trainee (CMT)Program.
Our CMT program is a fast paced, three-year program for highly motivated candidates who want to pursue a career in the global distribution industry and to prepare themselves for the position of future leadership roles within our company. During the program, candidates will be immersed into the electrical distribution industry through three hands-on, structured training phases where they will apply their business analytical skills. Successful graduates of our program will be given a leadership role in shaping our future and will be considered to manage existing projects and business units.
